D.C. luxury interior home design

CLIENT RELOCATION TO D.C.

This modern, contemporary new build outside D.C. features over 8300 sq.ft of finished living space, built by LEED certified builders GHL New Homes. Complete with Art Deco influences, 11’ ceilings, two outside porches, and multiple rooms, it truly is a one-of-a-kind project. Our designs focus on creating connectivity and flow with many of the open space plans while crafting unique spaces that reflect the owners lifestyle, love of entertaining, and their expansive art collection.

THE LIVING ROOM

The room that welcomes guests and is a gathering place for family at the end of the day. Designed to be comfortable and inviting, enhanced with cool art and plenty of light.

RECREATION ROOM

A fun room to design for any client that provides a creative outlet for their interests. As designers, we want to ensure comfortable seating, cool lighting and the right color palette to enhance the mood. Whether it’s family night in, entertaining friends, or a place to enjoy a nightcap, this room has it all.

PRIMARY BEDROOM

Always one of the most important rooms in any design project that should be in a favorable location in the home, with the right views and be a comfortable place to rest. An art piece from our client’s own collection anchors the room and adds the bit of edge our designs are known for.

GUEST BEDROOM

A guest room that reflects our client’s unique style and taste. Here, solid bedding, soft rugs, lighting, and nightstands will make any guest feel welcome, comfortable and at home.

GUEST LOUNGE

A spare room acts as a home office and is designed with all the necessary details to keep it comfortable and functional. Rich wall paneling, a velvet banquette, and moody lighting make this an eclectic and cool place to work in.
