SOUTH BEACH MIAMI
This client project takes us to the luxurious residences in the Continuum Towers in South Beach, Miami - giving our firm an opportunity to bring our design aesthetic, with a little bit of edge, to the Miami interior design scene. Our client wanted a beach condo to escape the cold winters of Chicago. With residences boasting floor to ceiling walls of glass, 10’ ceilings, wrapped balconies, and panoramic views of the beach, it’s any designers dream space. Drawing inspiration from the nearby 1 Hotel South Beach, our designs incorporate textures, colors, and finishes that enhance the open floor plan, views, and give the condo a beach feel, but in a modern way. The designs for the rooms are full of rich, earthy tones, with almost every wall covered in wallcoverings, tiles, and custom details.
MOOD board
The most important part of the beginning of every project - assessing the floor plan and creating mood boards that reflect the client’s vision for their home. And, this is where we go to work choosing the right color scheme, fabrics and textures for our initial client presentation.
KITCHEN + LIVING ROOM
Laying out the perfect pieces for this open kitchen and living room space while keeping the architectural aspects of the countertop in place. This mood board shows how the kitchen countertop, backsplash, lighting and flooring come together.
POWDER ROOM
Our client loves fun and different looks and the powder room is the perfect place to have some fun and let your personal style come out. Love the jungle feel of the wallpaper against the colors of the floor tile.
PRIMARY BEDROOM
Transforming plain drywall in this primary suite by adding texture, lighting, wall paneling and color. A bedroom should be a personal sanctuary to relax after a long day. A cozy side chair and accent table in then corner is an added luxury.
