Nestled within one of Chicago’s most iconic architectural landmarks, this residence is a study in quiet luxury and meticulous craftsmanship. A soft, refined palette sets the tone for a home rich in texture and layered detail—where every surface tells a story.

Designed as a sophisticated pied-à-terre for our international clients, the space offers a serene retreat to take in sweeping views of the lakefront and city skyline. The directive: infuse softness throughout, and add character where it was lacking.

Working with expert artisans, our team introduced sculptural plaster ceilings, bespoke millwork in the foyer and primary bedroom, and a hand-painted mural that transforms a once-blank wall into a striking focal point.

From custom detailing to curated finishes, the design balances the home’s contemporary spirit with the building’s storied architecture. The result is a space that feels timeless, tailored, and deeply personal.
